PLEASE READ THIS FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES:
I will combine shipping where possible (if items can fit in the same box and ship together safely). A 5# mineral specimen and a glass display will not usually ship together safely. If you want to get a combined shipment (where possible) then
DO NOT PAY
until I invoice you. Just "request total from seller" when finished shopping. I will pack the items together where possible, get the adjusted cost, and invoice you.
IF YOU PAY FIRST IT IS TOO LATE TO UNDO IT.
I ship in BOXES for better protection - not envelopes or padded mailers. If you pay for FIRST CLASS or PRIORITY MAIL then you will get it that way, not by Media Mail or Parcel Post or other slow shipping. Tracking numbers are linked to your "my eBay" and "Purchases" pages as soon as I run the label.
I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you have ANY problems with an item just contact me ("ask seller a question" link) and I will do what it takes to resolve the issue!
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
I can fit several sets in a small, flat-rate box. If you are purchasing more than 1 set, do not pay until I invoice you and combine the shipping for you (will be under total for as many as can fit).
I HAVE MORE THAN 1 SET OF THESE - THE PICTURES ARE REPRESENTATIVE - FLINTS PULLED FROM THE BATCH AT RANDOM - DO NOT EXPECT THE EXACT FLINTS PICTURED
First picture shows a set of 12 pulled at random - next 2 pics show a larger selection to give you an idea of range in colors, sizes, condition - last pic shows 12 in a bag as they will be shipped (along with padding in a box).
These are historical display artifacts for collectors - not for firearms use and not for children.
Do not expect the "exact" pieces shown because each flint was knapped from stone and is unique.
These pieces were uncovered in 2003 at the Royal Arsenal of Nepal in Kathmandu.
These pieces are all original, period pieces dating from sometime in the late 1700s into the War of 1812 and the Napoleonic Wars period. 18th to early 19th century period.
The Brown Bess Flintlock was standard British Military issue from 1722 until 1838, when it was replaced with percussion-cap muskets.
Each lot/collection will contain a mix of 12 flints similar to those pictured. I will try to mix them up as best as possible.
These pieces are all original, British issue.
Would make a great display for the firearm or military enthusiast.
Ruler shows inches.
