This is an original vintage 1928 catalog of pocket knives and cutlery, fishing tackle, tools and hardware issued by the Maher & Grosh Company of Toledo, Ohio.  This is the company’s Catalog No. 48-B which is dated 1928 on the over.   This catalog is 96 pages plus the cover measuring about 7” x 10”.
This catalog features mostly cutlery with the first 38 pages or so featuring pocketknives and folding knives.   Close to 200 different pocketknives sold by the company in 1928 are illustrated and described in this catalog.    Additional pages show Carving Knives, Kitchen Knives, Table Knives and Spoons, Scissors, Shears, Shaving Razors, Tools and more.  This catalog also features hardware items such as padlocks and flashlights as well as about nine pages of fishing tackle.
This catalog is a vintage original issued in 1928.  Contents of the catalog are fully complete and in good shape but the catalog is missing the back cover and the front cover is detached but present.   The front cover shows some dust staining and wear on the edges.  The first and last pages have a bit of dust staining and the inside pages are otherwise in very good condition with just some toning from age.  Email any questions.  Thanks for looking.
