    2 very pretty vintage Madame Alexander dolls - Marme from Little Women.
    Marks:  Alexander 1962 on back of neck.
    Tags - on back of dress -  Louisa M. Alcott's  Little Women  "Marme"   Madame Alexander  N.Y. U.S.A.
    The dolls have a vinyl head & hard plastic body.  12".  Blue sleep eyes.  Dark brown wigs.  Jointed.  Straight leg.
    They are wearing  dark red dresses  & white eyelet aprons, white petticoats & bloomers w/lace trim, white socks & black velvet shoes. Both also have cream voile hats w/lace trim & a black ribbon.
    Condition - 1 doll is missing the black bow on her hat - otherwise very good.  The other doll has the black hat bow - but, her eyes are slightly cloudy - otherwise very good.
