The Louisville AA2210I Aluminum Attic Ladder offers an R5 insulated door with weatherstripping providing more energy efficiency than a traditional attic ladder. Designed for attic openings of 22.5 in. x 54 in., the adjustable shoes allow the unit to fit ceiling heights from 8 ft. to 10 ft. Advanced cylinder design allows for easy and smooth opening and closing of the lightweight aluminum designed attic ladder with a 375 lb. load capacity.

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition.
