Antique Sterling Silver Repousse Manicure Set Art Nouveau Design Original Box

Description

This sterling silver repousse manicure set, in its original box, has a beautiful art nouveau design. The design features climbing vines and flowers, resembling morning glories. There are no monograms. There are four pieces in the set:  nail buffer, file, brush and dresser jar. The original set had five pieces, but one is missing. The nail buffer is marked
Sterling
and the other pieces were tested by a jeweler to be sterling. The box has stains from age on the outside and inside, but I'm including it because it's the original box. All four pieces are in excellent condition, but have tarnish from age. They should polish up nicely, but I have not done this, knowing that many of my buyers prefer to see sterling in its original condition. This is a very nice set and a fine example of art nouveau style.
