Cased Pair Original US Dragoon Uniform Epaulettes with Eagle D Coat Size Buttons

Here is a really neat cased set of epaulettes worn by American Dragoons during the Mexican American War. In excellent all original condition, constructed of gold bullion ribbon ;
with applied brass clam shell decoration on top of each,
both have an eagle D button and are in pristine condition. The
japanned
cased is very nice and complements these scarce pair of dragoon epaulettes.
