Blade engraved "Manufacture d'Armes de Châtellerault May 1884 - Light cavalry model 1882"
Bronze frame
Beautiful wooden rocket dressed in black leather and its twisted filigree (only one level missing from the watermark see photo)
Marking on the joining arc number "30044" and hallmarks "D" and "B" of the Manufacture de Châtellerault (see photo)
Hallmarks on the guard "10" and "8" (see photo)
blade width at the heel: about 1 cm
blade bent at the point to be straightened
this saber looks like the saber from 1854, so i hesitated ...
