    Description

    Minister of Marine & Colonies Denis Decris 1-page signed letter to Commanding General of French Forces in Santo Domingo Leclerc who was the husband of Napoleon’s sister, Pauline. General Leclerc died of yellow fever on 1 November 1802. Letter is signed in Paris on the Brumaire Year ll (30 October, 1802) introduces Commander Guilliam Desjounees who is attempt to arrange a treaty granting Liberty to the local population under French rule.
