his sword is about 200 years old
.
Sword is used but in good condition. Its length 35,5 inches or 91 cm. Length of blade 31 inches or 79 cm. Blade has mark: G G
( see picture). British sword from the period 1796-1816 are ofter "G "or "GG" stamp on the ricasso.
Stamped "GG" to the forte / ricasso, name is one for Henry Osborn and the "GG" is a guarantee mark (British makers of the era were keen to express the superiority of their blades).
T
he blade has a dark patina from time.
Sword has wooden handles.
Handle has little breakage at the end

Sword has metal guard.
