    VERY NICE 1963 REPRINT OF AN 1824
    "SOLDIER'S MANUAL FOR CAVALRY, ARTILLERY, LIGHT INFANTRY AND INFANTRY"
    I recently acquired at auction a grouping of military books including this 1963 reprint of an 1824 military manual.  The 73 page book is in Very Good/Fine condition while the slipcover to the book has spine wear and is good condition.
    This is an interesting manual outlining movements of units, soldier musket drill, and other steps used in training individual soldiers and units. Within the manual are images of soldiers and their colorful uniforms circa 1824.

    This will make a fine addition to several types of collections: a collection of military reference books in general, and a very nice reproduction of an 1824 soldier's manual, designed to foster individual military discipline and unit effectiveness in maneuvers.  As a 1963 reprint of over 45 years ago, I would imagine it has enough age itself that it is not commonly found for purchase.
