    Description

TRAIL of TEARS 1831-1832 EAGLE A-ARTILLERY COAT BUTTON. Dug Along the March. -( INDIAN REMOVAL ACT ).
▪️I dug this button from near the prison pen area where the Creeks were confined along the route of the Creek-Cherokee Indian removal act known as the Trail of Tears I followed the route as best I could from the origin point in SE Alabama to the Tennessee River. These native Americans were herded along under heavy military guards.
▪️You would be hard pressed to find another button this nice, from this historic SAD event. It displays nice , nearly perfect with minimal wear to it.
⭕️Will be shipped with this very nice button display case.
▪️Guaranteed 100% authenticity and from where stated. I always kept good records of my finds, relics were bagged & tagged as to what-when-where found. Provenance guaranteed from person who dug this.
Wife & I are retired now and downsizing, she says my 50+ years of digging and collecting war relics must go, so I guess its time to let someone else enjoy them now.
