ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed daily Monday – Friday during normal business hours, (8am - 5pm) Eastern time, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. All orders received will be processed within one (1) business day of Buyer’s funds clearing Seller’s account. Once an item ships, you will be notified by a message from eBay containing the tracking information for your shipment. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the item description, all orders are shipped from Fayetteville GA, United States. All items are processed, stored and shipped in a pet/smoke free location.
SHIPPING
Unless an item offers Free Shipping, all items are shipped using Calculated Shipping. Therefore, shipping costs will vary dependent upon factors such as weight and size of item, your distance from the “shipped from” location, and the speed and level of service at which the item will be delivered.

RETURN POLICY
No international returns. Refunds are issued as money back except in instances where an item is available for exchange, and the Buyer elects such option. Domestic returns accepted providing the following criteria are met:
1.     Seller is notified of the return, and Item is returned within 30 days of original purchase.
2.     Item is in the same condition as when originally shipped to the Buyer.
3.     If item was originally listed and described as new with tags, (NWT), all original tags must be affixed to the item with original fasteners. Item must not be worn or washed.
4.     If item was shipped with original manufacturers packaging, all such packaging must be included with return and in similar condition as when received.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
International buyers shall bear the full cost of any and all additional charges incurred including but not limited to: domestic and international shipping fees, import duties, customs fees, taxes and other fees. These are not included in the item price. You will see estimated shipping and import charges prior to purchase; the full and final charges will be available to view at checkout.
