doll BETH #781 from "Little Women" was only made between the years 1966 to 1972. After that time, the number assigned to the doll was changed to 412. This Madame Alexander doll, in excellent condition with all its original clothes and shoes has not been played with but always kept in the original box and the original box is clearly marked #781. It is a doll with articulating limbs and head, original  sewn-in label on the back neck of the dress
reading "Alexander-kins BETH Reg US Pat. Off. N.Y. USA". It is 8 inches tall.
